Herbalife Diary - Day 1

Today, I received all of my Herbalife products:

1 Vanilla Shake
1 Tea Concentrate
1 Cell Activator
1 Celluloss
1 Multivitamin Complex
1 Personalized Protein Powder
And some samples of Total Control

Starting weight (naked) 160

I have watched several of my co-workers shed pounds and inches on this program. So, I know it works as long as you follow it. I don't think it's too hard to follow. Make a shake in the morning and the evening with a sensible lunch and sensible snacks in between. Remember to drink lots of water while staying away from sugary and fatty foods. I get to eat FIVE times a day!

This morning I made a pumpkin pie shake. Here's the recipe:

8 oz fat free milk or soy milk
water as needed (this shake will get THICK because of the pudding)
2 tablespoons shake mix
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 tablespoon fat free cheesecake pudding powder
1/2 can of plain pumpkin (not the pumpkin pie mix!)
pumpkin pie spices to taste

Blend, blend, blend! Enjoy!

It tastes really damn good, too! I just need to get more pumpkin, now. :P

I am not going to drive myself crazy with weighing in every single day. Once a week is enough.
